Release 27.0

On October 10, 2015, MeetMax puts into production a new release of its MeetMax online registration and event management system. This latest release includes a number of enhancements based on feedback from clients migrating to the new platform after our July 2015 release, as well as new features driven by client requests.

Here's a quick summary of the new features and improvements included in the latest release:

  • NEW One-click meeting requests for event administrators and sales reps (as well as for end-users if no other request-related fields are required).
  • Improved speed of scheduling and rescheduling meetings (no page reloads).
  • Sales Rep accounts bound to same view of Requests/Schedule pages as event attendees.
  • Improved meeting statistic reporting on the company and attendee lists.
  • NEW Event administrator control of "who" is displayed on Your Schedule page (group meetings).
  • Improved handling of category filters on the requests page.
  • NEW(Un-moderated events) -- Filter request targets based on open time slots.

  • NEW  Companies can be automatically blacked out for their presentation times.
  • NEW  Ability to establish a per-attendee or per-company maximum number of meetings.
  • NEW  (Paid Events) -- Feature to implement pricing rules on registration forms.
  • NEW  Built-in support for administrator approval of new registrations.
  • NEW  Feature to break up long registration forms into multiple screens (multi-step registration).
  • NEW  Control menu navigation for companies and attendees (rename, reorder, turn on/off).
  • NEW  Allow companies to select a room to be reserved for them.
  • NEW  In-application, event-wide user-defined CSS and JavaScript to enhance your events.
